• Men’s Recreational:
12 teams
• Men’s Masters: 8 teams
• Women’s Recreational: 12 teams
• Women’s Open: 4 teams |

• Master’s Division to abide by VISL rules = must turn 35 by
December 31st of current year (2010).
• No Youth (minors) teams in any division. If you have minors on your
roster, please contact the Tournament Coordinator before registering.
• Players may only play for one team in the tournament. Playing for two teams, regardless of the division, will result in a forfeit and a 0-1 loss.
• Players must be on the team roster by 9am of the Saturday in order to be eligible.
• Teams may be asked to switch divisions at the discression of the tournament organizing committee.
*** Eligibility is based on the above rules.
Teams who violate these rules will have to forfeit their prize money and
incur a 0-1 loss for all games played with an illegal player(s). ***

• All games will be 60 minutes (two 30
minute halves with a 2 minute half time).
• Referees will be supplied by the tournament. Assistant refs will
be supplied for playoff games only.
• Substitutions are unlimited.
• Teams are limited to a maximum of 25 players.
First round games: 3 points per win; one point per tie
Tie Breaker: Head to Head (if applicable), then Goals For
and Against difference (GF-GA), then # of goals for, then coin toss.
Play-offs: All ties broken by penalty shots. Series of
5 shots, followed by single |

Standard B.C. Soccer Association (BSCA) rules
in effect.

- Due to family neighbourhood, foul language and drinking outside the beer
garden will not be tolerated.
- WITHOUT EXCEPTION: Any player who is under League suspension may NOT play
in the Tournament. Each team is responsible for adhering to this rule. Any
team who violates this rule by playing a suspended player will be immediately
disqualified from current and subsequent tournaments and their actions will
be reported to BCSA and their respective League. |

| Teams must check in by 9am on Saturday September 4th at the Windsor Park Info Booth.
A member of your team (coach/manager/player) must confirm the roster, sign your consent form and pick up your team package. Any team failing to do so will default their first game. |
