Jackie Cunningham, player for the Castaways Premier Women's team and Coach of the Stelly's Stingers, organized the AAA Senior Girls High School Soccer Championships this past weekend. It was the first time the event was held in Victoria. Her team, Stelly’s finished 13th.

Molly Stone from the Premier Women’s Team played for Reynolds and finished 14th. Molly received the ‘Golden Boot’ Award recognizing the top goal scorer of the tournament. She accomplished this feat from the Central Defender position! She had an amazing 7 goals in the tournament.

Tessa from our Div 2’s played for Claremont and were crowned this year's Provincial Champions. She’s a starting striker for the team and had her photo in the Times Colonist 2 days in a row.

..and we should not forget about Laura Dale from our Div 1’s. Her SMU team were 3rd in the AA Provincial Championships in Kamloops.

Kudos to the Castaways ladies. Well done!
